Sajedah Rustom, Chief Executive Officer at AJW Technique, is responsible for leading component maintenance strategy and operations for AJW Group, including services innovation, with flawless operational execution at AJW Technique’s 220,000 square foot operation in the heart of Montreal’s aerospace hub. Rustom has twenty years of strategic and operational leadership experience in both commercial and business aviation. She was previously responsible for the design and management of commercial aircraft cost by hour programs, component reliability, asset management and supply chain solutions. She later moved into business aviation transforming its aftermarket, with significant results. Rustom holds a Bachelor and Master’s degree from the University of London and is a member of the board at AJW.
