Paul Hemens is the Director of Strategic Planning, Architecture and Delivery at Pratt & Whitney Canada. His mandate includes definition of a Digital Transformation roadmap for P&WC, adoption of new technologies and project execution on key strategic initiatives. Among these initiatives are a number of key projects that will provide full visibility across P&WC’s global supply chain and advanced analytics/machine learning to enable predictive decision-making capabilities. In his 19 years with P&WC, he has led a number of transformation projects, including implementation of a new Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution and a new transactional Customer Portal.
