Aéro Montréal, STIQ and the Pôle d'excellence québécois en transport terrestre are glad to present  the second edition of the Symposium on the Canadian Defence and Security Market. 

The one-day event aims to raise awareness among participating SMEs, research organizations and industry associations of business opportunities in the defence and security market and on the industrial and technological benefits (ITB) policy. In addition to plenary sessions, the Symposium will be an opportunity to have the latest information on implementation of the Defence Procurement Strategy (DPS), the Value Proposition concept and the latest ITB policy updates.  Representatives from the Canadian Armed Forces and the Canadian Coast Guard will also be on hand with the latest information on the state of their major procurement programs. 

The second half of the Symposium will offer participants the opportunity to take part in workshops on themes related to the defence market such as aerospace, land, marine, C4ISR (information technologies and telecommunications), R&D and innovation.
