Catherine Guillemart-Dias joined the Air France KLM Group in 2007 and was appointed at the helm of the Canadian establishment in August 2020. She has worked in Spain, UK, France, Africa, and the United States. In the course of her career with Air France KLM, she supported the development of flights between Luanda and the Paris and Amsterdam hubs; served as the Chief of Staff for the SVP France and worked at Delta Headquarters in Atlanta on the expansion of the transatlantic joint venture for the Europe, Middle-East, Africa and India region. She currently leads the Air France KLM Sustainability road map for Canada in adequacy of the Group’s commitment to reduce its environmental impact and offering customers a sustainable travel experience. She is also passionate advocate of a gender equal, diverse and inclusive workplace and proud signatory of United Nations Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) to serve the progress gender equality and inclusivity on a global scale.
