Dirk R. Ossege is working at Kuehne + Nagel as Vice President Sales, leading the Aerospace & Defense Vertical in North America. After spending over two decades in nearly every position from Air Export Agent, Operations to Branch Management to Global Key Account Director, Dirk knows what truly drives needs and values – and it is not about short term goals. It is the consultative approach, listening and caring about your external as well as internal clients and trying to help understand what drives them and find a solution that works for them. Dirk joined the Aerospace & Defense team nearly three years ago and Kuehne + Nagel over six. His experience stems from former roles as Branch Manager to Director Sales & Marketing with Senator International where double digit growth was achieved year over year. Dirk is a Freight Forwarder by trade certified by the IHK (Chamber of Commerce) after his apprenticeship with Thyssen Haniel Logistics Dirk a native German, has been living in Atlanta for twenty years, and is happily married to his wife Shelia. They have two boys he is proud of and who can fully dispose of the rest of his spare time.
