Marc LeBlanc is a business executive with over 35 years of experience in the aerospace and defence sector. He completed 21 years of service in the Royal Canadian Air Force as an Aerospace Engineer. His career highlights include operational tours at CFB Baden, Germany and BFC Bagotville, Quebec, in support of front line CF-18 operations, and various senior staff duties in Ottawa. Marc is currently the Senior Director of Business Development for L3Harris (MAS), working out of Ottawa. His responsibilities include developing strategic business growth plans and executing capture activities, both domestically and internationally, to grow L3Harris’ business base. Marc graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Royal Military College (RMC) and successfully completed the Canadian Forces Command and Staff College (CFCSC) course.
