Adam Slepian
Global Head of Partnerships,
Adam leads Commercial, National, and Local partnership teams for the Urban Air Mobility Division of Hyundai Motor Group.
Previously, he was Vice President of Corporate and International Strategy at Aramark, a fortune 250 food and facilities services provider.
Before joining Aramark, Adam was a leader in McKinsey’s Aerospace & Defense and Capital Projects & Infrastructure practices, where he led strategy and operations projects in budget effectiveness, procurement, growth, and organizational development.
Adam has over 9 years of experience on active duty in the U.S. Army serving as an Infantry and Special Forces Officer. He has multiple combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan where he led both strategic planning and tactical implementation working by, with, and through a multitude of foreign armed forces and other organizations.
Adam holds a B.S. degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
