Aéro Montréal publishes company directory of Québec’s aerospace cluster

Montréal, December 5, 2011 – Aéro Montréal today launched its second edition of the Québec aerospace cluster directory. With over 300 entries, this reference tool promotes the reputation and visibility of Québec’s aerospace cluster at the national and international levels.

The directory will also be an essential support tool when it comes to representing Québec companies among potential customers during domestic and international trade missions. “The 2012 directory will, among other things, promote Québec’s industrial capacity and increase awareness about the cluster’s many players, including associations, institutions, educational establishments and research centres,” says Gilles Labbé, Chairman of the Board of Aéro Montréal and President and CEO of Héroux-Devtek.

“This reference tool will further strengthen cohesion within our industry and highlight the expertise of all the stakeholders,” added Suzanne M. Benoît, CEO of Aéro Montréal.

The directory, also available online at www.aeromontréal.ca, provides users around the world with easy access to contact information about our local companies. It features the corporate profile of each organization, including a description of their activities. The interactive electronic version offers a comprehensive list of companies as well as a search tool for finding suppliers by name, keyword, category or specialty. This enhances business opportunities.

The production of the 2012 edition was made possible with the support and expertise of Sous-Traitance Industrielle Québec (STIQ).
