Its Value Added includes, complete assembly, integration of non composite elements, finishing and painting, engineering, certification and tooling. It can also offer its expertise to other sectors with high technical requirements.

FDC has developed innovative cost effective composite configurations for interiors. It has invested extensively to develop advanced composite configurations for aerostructures and special applications. Its main manufacturing techniques are, Pre-Preg, RTM, infusion and 3D Printing which produce high performance structural & non-structural composite parts. All types of fibres & resin systems are used. Its complete engineering services include parts design, tooling, methods, reverse engineering, prototyping, testing and certification. This enables completely integrated “turn-key” projects.
