Aéro Montréal Next Generation Group (RRAM)

A mobilizing collective for aerospace rising talent

The Aéro Montréal Next Generation Group (RRAM) is a multidisciplinary collective of students, recent graduates, and young professionals passionate about aerospace.

 

Composed of an ambassador committee from academic and professional backgrounds, RRAM constitutes a unique space for representation, networking, and development.

  • represent young aerospace enthusiasts,
  • foster connections between rising talent and industry,
  • contribute to strategic thinking on workforce challenges.

RRAM also plays a consulting role with industry, participating in studies and organizing events aimed at promoting aerospace careers.

Current Mandates

  • Studies: analyze expectations and perceptions of rising talent.
  • Representation: carry the voice of young people in strategic discussions.
  • Promotion: showcase careers and opportunities in aerospace.
  • Group Activities: coordinate activities and engage the community.

  • Perception studies of rising talent in aerospace,
  • Discovery workshops and company visits,
  • Round tables and networking events,
  • Participation in Aéro Montréal strategic projects.
