Aéro Montréal and STIQ, in collaboration with Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED), announce that the 7th Canadian Defence and Security Market Symposium is taking place today.
This flagship event brings together leading players in Canada’s defence and security industry and from abroad, as well as SMEs and Quebec research centres, in order to create meaningful networking opportunities that benefit our businesses and our economy.
This 7th edition will also address today’s key challenges, with themes ranging from defence and security market trends to the integration of foreign workers, sustainable and inclusive procurement approaches, and defence and security in a context of international tensions.
Event at a glance
The Canadian Defence and Security Market Symposium is the key event of the year, enabling networking between Canada’s prime contractors and Quebec SMEs and organizations in this sector. It aims to position Quebec, its businesses, and its research institutions at the heart of business opportunities in defence and security.
The event also provides Quebec companies with updates on Government of Canada procurement projects and raises awareness of the business opportunities offered by defence and security prime contractors. It is also a privileged venue for showcasing Quebec companies’ industrial capabilities and innovation potential to these contractors.
