Supply Chain Growth and Resilience Working Group

Uniting the ecosystem for sustainable growth

In the face of global disruptions linked to the pandemic, geopolitical tensions, economic policies, and armed conflicts, supply chains are under unprecedented pressure. Quebec’s aerospace industry, deeply integrated into international markets, is not immune to these challenges.

To respond, Aéro Montréal created a strategic working group bringing together some thirty members from across the aerospace ecosystem — from major corporations to SMEs. Its goal is to stimulate sustainable growth and strengthen the resilience of Quebec’s supply chain.

Main Objective

Create lasting synergies and build a resilient supply chain to support the global growth of Quebec’s aerospace industry.

This working group provides a dynamic forum for consultation, fostering concrete initiatives and collective mobilization around a shared vision: building a more agile, robust, and competitive supply chain for the future of Quebec aerospace.
