Aéro Montréal is hiring a Digital Marketing Advisor

Job Summary

 

As Digital Marketing Advisor, you will be at the forefront of creating, distributing, and optimizing content across Aéro Montréal’s digital platforms. This position combines creativity, analysis, and innovation with the goal of advancing content marketing, strengthening Aéro Montréal’s online presence, and showcasing Quebec’s aerospace ecosystem both locally and internationally.

Reporting to the Director of Communications and Strategic Partnerships, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the digital strategy, covering websites, social media, paid advertising, and influencer marketing — while further developing your strategic, writing, and design skills.

 

POSITION TITLE: Digital Marketing Advisor
STATUS: Permanent / Full-time
START DATE: As soon as possible

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Content creation and optimization
  • Plan, create, and execute digital content for social media platforms and websites.
  • Write and optimize content across digital platforms using SEO best practices to maximize Aéro Montréal’s impact.
  • Collaborate with the communications and events team to produce visually appealing and user-friendly assets (email signatures, promotional visuals, banners, social media graphics, etc.).
  • Strategy and analytics
  • Contribute to developing a global digital strategy with the communications team to ensure consistent online presence.
  • Review and analyze content strategies and user/member journeys to propose aligned content that meets the needs of various audiences.
  • Produce monthly performance reports and leverage data to continuously improve campaigns.
  • Digital channel expertise
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote Aéro Montréal activities and initiatives (SEM, Adwords, display, etc.).
  • Stay up to date on digital and social trends and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Database and information management
  • Ensure that data collected through digital platforms is integrated into Aéro Montréal’s CRM.
  • Develop forms and workflows connecting digital platforms with the CRM.

Requirements

 

  • 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in content development for websites, social media, and campaign management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices and KPIs to ensure brand and campaign objectives are achieved.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Strategic, curious, and analytical mindset, able to approach challenges from different angles.
  • Ability to work autonomously, responsibly, and efficiently in a hybrid work environment.
  • Creative, with proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Experience with social media analytics, SEO, SEM, audience analysis, AI tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, other CMS platforms, and HTML coding.
  • Marketing certifications are an asset.
  • Knowledge of the Zoho Suite is a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of the aerospace sector is an asset.
