The Aéro Mentorat program aims to support the integration, development, and career progression of emerging aerospace talent, while strengthening the attractiveness and visibility of careers in the sector.
This initiative is part of Aéro Montréal’s broader efforts to address workforce challenges, support knowledge transfer, and diversify talent across the aerospace sector.
Mentoring is a voluntary and confidential relationship in which an experienced individual supports a mentee in their professional and personal development. It is based on a dynamic of trust, support, and goodwill, rather than evaluation.
• Early career professionals currently working in the aerospace sector
• Recent graduates in aerospace or related fields
• Experienced professionals from other sectors seeking to transition into aerospace
• You have solid experience in the aerospace sector (7 to 10 years of experience)
• You hold a role as a subject matter expert, manager, or executive
• You are motivated to support the next generation and share your knowledge
• You are open to guiding a mentee through a process of reflection and professional development
• Volunteer based and fully voluntary commitment
• Duration: 8 months (April to December 2026)
• Meetings held online or in person, based on your preferences
• An onboarding session and practical tools provided to support you in your role
• Ongoing support offered throughout the program
